At its core, it features essential commercial kitchen equipment including a 2-burner countertop gas range and a 36” temperature-controlled flat-top griddle, offering maximum cooking versatility in a compact footprint.

To keep you compliant and safe, the unit is equipped with a commercial-grade range hood and an integrated fire suppression system. A complete 3-compartment stainless steel sink setup with a built-in water heater and a 12V CE hot/cold water pump ensures hygienic operation, supported by a 29-gallon (110L) fresh water tank and 40-gallon (150L) waste water tank.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious stainless steel worktable with sliding doors, a cashier drawer, and a service panel for seamless transactions. Interior double-row LED lighting enhances visibility, while the electric cabinet provides a centralized, protected hub with an air switch and automatic power shut-off for each appliance.

For added independence, this trailer comes with an external 30 AMP plug and a built-in power generator, allowing you to operate off-grid when needed. The taillight and rear bumper system, number plate mount, and heavy-duty vertical jacks ensure it’s road-ready and stable on any terrain.
